Rent My Noggin is an affordable way for businesses to get some of their marketing activities done now. Based on my years of experience as both a business owner and marketing copywriter, I've learned that most businesses have great marketing intentions. It's the execution that makes them stumble. Rent My Noggin is a way to kick-start some of these marketing initiatives. Rent My Noggin goes well beyond a brainstorming session. Most people are great with brainstorming but not so much with turning the ideas into reality. My clients enjoy working with me because I breathe life into good ideas. The best part? Rent My Noggin is a low-cost, low-risk, low-time investment, which makes it a win-win for your business and for me.
Do you make any guarantees about what I'll get from my "Rent My Noggin" session, like perfect prose, winning ad campaigns, or #1 web page rankings?
Nope. No one should make guarantees like that (run if someone does). And I'm not going to fool you by claiming I'm an expert in every area or that I'll have all the answers to your questions. What I can say is this: we'll be working together as a team. Two+ heads are almost always better than one. You can count on my candor. You can count on my creativity. You can count on the knowledge I've gained working as a marketing copywriter for the last seven years. You can count on me to find the answers to the questions I don't know (or at least point you in the right direction for finding the answer).
What do I have to do? Can't I just pass the project on to you?
The reason why the packages are affordable is because it's a team effort. The goal is to get certain tasks done in 1.5, 2.5, or 4 hours. In order to accomplish this, we need collective brain energy--not just my noggin, but yours, too (or someone you designate within your company). Rent My Noggin is an ideal way to get a few smaller projects done, make some plans, and see if we work well together. However, if you want me to handle a larger project from start to finish, I'd be happy to do so: check out my copywriting services and provide me with complete project details, and I can generate a proposal.
What will I get from my Rent My Noggin session?
It depends on what we agree to accomplish and the time allotment you choose, but you'll most likely receive at least one completed marketing task, answers to questions, valuable insight, and a doable plan for accomplishing more marketing tasks.
Why do I have to pay up front?
I've done my best to make the package prices affordable for small- and medium-sized businesses. That said, I want to work with people who are committed to the "Rent My Noggin" concept. People who put money down up front show commitment to the concept and the process of "getting things done."
How long will I have to wait to set up my Rent My Noggin session?
The goal is to schedule our session within 30 days of your order. After you place your order, you should receive an email from me within 2 business days (email me at robyn@etrobbins.com or call 508-561-4543 if you don't). From there, we'll coordinate schedules. If we can't schedule your session within 30 days and you want your money back, I'll refund you, no questions asked (but this means you won't receive your Rent My Noggin session). If we can't schedule your session within 30 days, but if you're okay with scheduling it outside of the 30-day window (but before 60 days), then we'll schedule the session within 60 days of the original order and no refund will be paid. All Rent My Noggin sessions will need to happen within 60 days of the order, otherwise a full refund will be made (and no session will take place).
What if I need to reschedule my session?
Life happens, which is why one reschedule is allowed on both sides (yours and mine), if necessary. Rescheduling needs to happen within 60 days of the original order (see above).
Is my credit card info secure?
PayPal handles all security and compliancy issues since the order happens on its servers, not mine. Any questions regarding PayPal's security should be directed to PayPal.
Will you always be offering such affordable packages?
My goal is to keep things affordable, but I also reserve the right to change package prices at any time.
Will I need to do anything before our session?
Most likely, yes. Depending on what we've decided to discuss or do during our session, I might request certain business materials, such as brochures, access to web analytics, business plans, etc. It's your responsibility to get these items to me at least 3 business days before our Rent My Noggin session. Also, if we conduct our meeting online, you may need to download software or update your Java (both are done for free) since I use GoToMeeting as our virtual meeting place. I'll provide you with a conference call number; you assume related phone charges, if any.
What if I order the 1.5-hour package, the 2.5-hour package, and the 4-hour package at the same time?
I'll contact you to determine which package you want to start with, and then you'll be refunded the other package money. Please order one package at a time, and wait until we've had our first session before you order another package. If you need me for 8 hours or more, the best bet is to review my copywriting services and contact me to discuss the project in more detail.
